- Remote server administration and updates (with Service Agreement)
- Remote server monitoring (with Service Agreement)
- Optional: Virtual Private Networking (remote access)
- Optional: IPSec support (remote office connectivity)
- Optional: Searchable logs of all web activity by employees
- Optional: Content and blacklist filters for website access
- Optional: Logging of all inbound and outbound email
Server monitoring and remote administration requires Internet access.
