This system is a Linux based telephony solution that includes the following features:
- All the features you would expect from a PBX (Voice mail services, call conferencing, IVR, call queuing, three way calling, caller ID services, ...)
- VoIP (voice over IP) in many protocols and interoperability with almost all standards-based telephony equipments
- Relatively inexpensive hardware (T1/E1 interfaces, PRI lines, ...)
- Remote server administration and updates (with Service Agreement)
- Remote server monitoring (with Recurring Service Agreement)
Server monitoring and remote administration requires Internet access.
